about 2 years ago, excessive winter rains and a broken septic line created a moldy nightmare...
so we opted to tear down and rebuild....
the structure passed its final inspection last month....but the inside will be unfinished...
which gives us the pleasure to move forward at a more favorable monetary rate...
we will keep comfortable and warm...as there is propane and electricity and water...
