Arizona Sunset



We had dinner at Kai...a native-american culinary experience with a mission...set in the Gila River Indian Reservation, the restaurant uses ingredients supplied by the tribal farming communities...as well as supporting tribal farms in other regions of the country...such as seafood from the Quinalts and buffalo from the Dakotas...


and the ultimate was the wine steward's recommendation of a Syrah from K Vintners....
